Disable French Keyboard Permanently
Get Rid of É on Keyboard
The quick fix to disable the French Keyboard
Press CTRL + SHIFT
Press CTRL first and keep it pressed à then press SHIFT
You may have to do it a couple of time to disable.
Disable Permanently

Right click on the Keyboard Icon in the right hand side of the task bar
- Click Settings
- Select Advanced Key Settings tab
- Click the Change Key Sequence button at bottom of window
- Select Not Assigned (in right side list)
- OK > Apply > OK
Don’t have Keyboard Icon?
- Click on the Windows Start Button
- Select the Control Panel
- Select Region and Language from the list
- Select the Keyboards and Languages tab
- Click the Change keyboards… button
- Select Advanced Key Settings tab
- Click the Change Key Sequence button at bottom of window
- Select Not Assigned (in right side list)
- OK > Apply > OK
