Acrobat DC Action Wizard Tool
Use Action Wizard to make a Scanned Document / PDF document more accessible.
- Choose Tools > Action Wizard
The Actions List is displayed on the right
- Select Make Accessible
The Make Accessible list is now displayed
- Click the Start bar
Or manually go through each item in Steps 1 – 3

Description Window à Add a Title if the Title field is blank
Uncheck the Leave As Is box
Insert a Title
Click OK

Recognized Text – General Settings
Click OK

Adobe Acrobat à Is the document a fillable form?
If Yes, Click Detect Form Fields
If No, Click Skip this Step

Set Reading Language
Click OK

Adobe Acrobat à Figures Missing Alternate Text
Click Ok
- Set Alternate Text
Add a description or check the box for Decorative Figure
Use the arrow to update each figure 
Click Save & Close when finished
- Accessibility Checker Options
Click Start Checking
The Accessibility Checker is displayed on the left side
