Meeting Room TV Instructions

HDMI Source on Remote:

Wireless Connection = HDMI #1

HDMI Wall Plugin = HDMI #2

Bay Room
Valley Room
Heritage Room

Wireless Connection (Laptops Newer than 2017)

Click the Action Center at the bottom left corner of your Desktop
Select Connect
Select the appropriate Room
- The TV Monitor will detect your laptop and provide a PIN number
Type the PIN number into the connecting field
Click Connect
- The TV Monitor will show Connecting to your computer number

Laptops Older than 2017

Continue to use an HDMI cable to connect.

Wireless Option

If your HDMI cable doesn’t reach the presenter:

Schedule Resource: Wireless HDMI Connector
This request goes to Maintenance and they will set it up

Mac Laptops: Plug in with HDMI cords

Note: TEST your laptop connection at least one hour in advance of your meeting if possible. Make sure there is time for IT/Maintenance support if required.
