Council Portal - Open a Link & Document Details
Open a Link in Alfresco
Instructions:
- Download a document or package in the Council Portal
- Open Adobe and locate the document or package
- Select a Link in a Committee or Council Document
If the Alfresco Login Screen pops up:
Login in with Computer Username: Example à eldern / Computer Password: ______
- The document will open in Alfresco to the Document Details page
Document Details Preview Page
- Read the document in the Preview Pane
- Zoom with - / +
OR
- Select Download to open the document and save to Adobe
